Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use budbuggy.co or place an order with Bud Buggy. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them. Last updated: October 7, 2026.

Who can order

You must be 19 or older to use this site and to order. Every order requires valid government photo ID showing you are 19 or older, checked at the door. You are responsible for following the cannabis laws that apply where you live.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are in Canadian dollars and can change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Products are subject to availability.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if ID cannot be verified, the address is outside our service area, or payment is not received.

Delivery and shipping

Winnipeg deliveries run 6–8 pm, Monday to Friday, and mail orders ship across Canada. Full details are in our Winnipeg delivery policy and shipping policy. Drivers will not release an order without valid government photo ID.

Payment

We accept cash or debit at the door, and Interac e-Transfer. Orders paid by e-Transfer are processed once payment is received. See payment options.

Refunds

Refunds and order problems are handled under our refund policy.

Product information

Product descriptions, potency figures and guides on this site are for general information only. They are not medical advice. Effects vary from person to person. Use cannabis responsibly, keep it away from children and pets, and do not drive or operate machinery while impaired.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Website content

The Bud Buggy name, logo and site content belong to Bud Buggy. Please do not copy them without permission. Product names and logos belong to their respective brands.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bud Buggy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
