Damaged on arrivalPhotograph it and contact us within 48 hours. We replace or refund.
Wrong item shippedOur error, our cost. We send the correct item and collect the wrong one.
Cannot be returnedOpened cannabis products cannot be returned once they leave our custody, for safety reasons.
Time limitProblems must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
