Bud Buggy is a cannabis delivery service based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. You can reach us about privacy at budbuggycannabis@proton.me.

- Order and account details: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), delivery or shipping address, and the products you order.
- Payment details: we record how you paid and whether payment was received. We do not collect or store credit card numbers on this website. Interac e-Transfers are handled by your bank, and cash or debit payments happen at the door.
- Age verification: drivers check government photo ID at the door to confirm you are 19 or older. We do not ask you to upload ID to this website.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact page.
- Technical information: our server records basic information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which we use to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
We use cookies that the site needs to work: keeping items in your cart, keeping you signed in, remembering that you confirmed your age, and protecting the site from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To process, deliver and ship your orders, and to confirm your address is inside our delivery area.
- To contact you about your order, delivery or account.
- To confirm you meet the legal age requirement.
- To prevent fraud, secure the website and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to complete your order or run the site:
- Our delivery drivers, who receive your name, address and order for local deliveries.
- The shipping carrier, for mail orders.
- Our email service provider, which sends order and account emails.
- Our website hosting provider. Our website and its database are hosted on servers located outside Canada, so your information may be stored and processed in another country and be subject to its laws.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide our service and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal limits. Email budbuggycannabis@proton.me and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Age
This website is for adults 19 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19.
