Failed deliveries
No ID, no handoverIf nobody 19 or over with valid photo ID is present, the driver cannot leave the order.
Nobody homeThe driver waits five minutes and calls. Undelivered orders return to the shop and are refunded less the delivery fee.
Visibly impaired recipientsDrivers may refuse handover at their discretion.
